・Project Overview
• Contribute to product differentiation through the development of temperature sensors and other analog IPs.
• Participate in the complete analog IP development cycle, from circuit design through Si evaluation and characterization.
• Collaborate with global design, validation, and product development teams in a multinational development environment.
・Responsibilities
• Define specifications and develop architectures for temp sensors and related analog circuits.
• Design transistor-level analog circuits, perform simulations, and verify performance against product requirements.
• Work closely with layout engineers to perform layout verification and optimize circuit performance, area, and reliability.
• Evaluate silicon devices, analyze electrical characteristics, and investigate root causes of performance or functionality issues.
