Questions
Every new employer account gets 14 days of Growth, with no card and nothing to cancel. We email you 4 days and 1 day before it ends. If you don't upgrade, you move to Free automatically and keep all your jobs, candidates and notes.
Choose a plan and pay by UPI or bank transfer with the reference we give you; we activate it within one working day. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year and never renew automatically: we remind you 7 and 2 days before the end. If you don't renew, your account moves to Free. Nothing is charged without you paying.
Prices are shown before 18% GST. A payment receipt is emailed when your plan is activated; for invoice details write to sales@job-scouts.com.
You do. Candidates you import or add stay private to your company: they don't get a Job-Scouts account, aren't searchable by other employers, and we never contact them. You can export your JVault data any time from JVault settings.
Nothing is deleted and your jobs stay live for candidates. JVault shows you an upgrade prompt when you try to go past a limit (for example a second team member, or more active jobs than the plan allows). Interviewers never count towards your seats.
