We are looking for a skilled FEA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and CAE simulation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong engineering fundamentals, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with pre-processing using HyperMesh and solver applications such as LS-DYNA and PAM-CRASH.The candidate will be responsible for FEA model preparation, meshing, simulation setup, analysis, and interpretation of simulation results while ensuring quality deliverables within project timelines.Key Responsibilities

• Perform FEA pre-processing and simulation activities as per project requirements.
• Work extensively on HyperMesh for model preparation, geometry cleanup and meshing.
• Perform simulation activities using LS-DYNA and PAM-CRASH.
• Set up and execute FEA simulations based on project requirements.
• Analyze and interpret simulation results and provide appropriate engineering recommendations.
• Support model preparation, meshing, boundary conditions and solver setup.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Develop and implement methods to improve simulation processes and task execution.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and business scenarios.
• Be flexible to work in shifts depending on project requirements.
