We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer to support vehicle-level system installation, integration, testing, and validation activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of automotive electrical and mechanical systems, vehicle architecture, wiring, and system-level integration.The role involves integrating electrical, mechanical, and software components, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring that all vehicle systems function effectively according to performance, quality, and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities

1. System Integration• Perform installation, wiring, and integration of vehicle systems.
• Integrate electrical, mechanical, and software components at the vehicle level.
• Support vehicle assembly, system installation, and integration activities.
• Ensure proper interfacing between different vehicle subsystems.
2. Testing & Validation• Conduct functional testing and validation of integrated vehicle systems.
• Verify system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Support vehicle-level testing to ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
• Identify and report integration-related issues during testing.
3. Troubleshooting• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical integration issues.
• Identify root causes of system failures and integration challenges.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
4. Documentation• Maintain detailed records of integration activities and test results.
• Prepare test reports and document modifications, repairs, and observations.
• Maintain integration-related technical documentation.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, Testing, and Validation teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to complete integration activities on schedule.
• Support vehicle development and prototype build activities.
6. Quality & Safety• Follow quality control standards and engineering procedures.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
• Follow safety protocols during vehicle installation, testing, and integration activities.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment used during integration activities.
Required Technical Skills

• Understanding of automotive vehicle systems and architecture.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical system integration.
• Understanding of vehicle wiring, connectors, and electrical interfaces.
• Experience in vehicle assembly, installation, and integration activities.
• Knowledge of functional testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and resolve vehicle-level integration issues.
• Understanding of engineering documentation and test reports.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
Good to Have

• Experience in automotive prototype vehicle integration.
• Exposure to two-wheeler or passenger vehicle development.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and vehicle electronics.
• Exposure to CAN communication and diagnostic tools.
• Experience in vehicle testing and validation.
• Knowledge of EV systems and electrical architecture.
Educational Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
