Job Description
Employer Branding:
• Assist country’s PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management primarily with communication and design tasks for various internal & external audiences to maintain Bosch’s reputation as Employer of Choice
• Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams & external partners on project planning and execution
• Upkeep templates, case studies, and creative documents in accordance with corporate branding guide in department database
Employee Engagement:
• Ideate, organize employee engagement projects, and perform pre- project and post-project evaluations and reports
• Assist with project logistics & onsite event management
• Proactively handle & troubleshoot any arising issues on event day
