Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads advanced technical quality improvement and innovation.
• Conducts sophisticated quality monitoring and data analysis.
• Provides expert technical mentorship and skill development.
• Applies advanced technical expertise for comprehensive quality assurance.
• Develops and implements innovative technical solutions for complex issues.
• Offers specialized cross-functional technical support.
• Lead cross-site technical improvement projects for key components and materials.
• Analyze quality trends using statistical methods (SPC, Cpk, DOE) and generate actionable insights
• Mentor engineers and technicians in technical problem-solving, FMEA, and advanced SQE practices.
• Drive supplier technical qualification and ensure process control at the source.
• Lead root cause investigations and validate effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with supplier for Digital Transformation deployment, eQMS, dashboards, and predictive tools.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of technical standards, inspection criteria, and control documentation.
• Support NPI and localization programs with technical assessments and manufacturability reviews.
• Drive digital transformation, AI and predictive quality.
