Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities, from sourcing strategy through contract award and financial performance declaration.
• Develop sourcing strategies and commercial approaches for complex software procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations and contract discussions to optimize cost, value and contractual outcomes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on procurement strategy, supplier selection and commercial risk.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects while ensuring compliance with procurement governance, security and risk requirements.
• Produce executive-ready sourcing recommendations, supplier evaluations and negotiation summaries.
• Mentor junior buyers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive delivery excellence through achievement of SLA/KPI targets and proactive risk management.
*Hybrid working model: 3 days per week from the office and 2 days per week working from home (WFH), in line with business requirements and company policy.
