Job Description

Key Accountabilities 

NielsenIQ SA&I; team is seeking a talented Pre-Sales enablement associate to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting sales development teams across EEMEA and India markets and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records (MSD Dynamics) and proactively helping them manage their pipeline
• Support the Sales team with all sales-related activities to improve efficiency and grow Sales Revenue.
• Supporting sellers in managing their pipeline and proactively addressing their expired pipeline
• Update sales reports as required and manage ad hoc requests as and when necessary.
• Provide ad hoc support for sales and other client-facing engagement as needed.
• Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed and educate internal stakeholders where needed.
• Complete operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements. Archiving and maintaining all files and records.
• Checking feasibility and bidding with internal team for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world​ 
• Create Marketing campaign content and support sales representative with client outreach 
• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of requests
 

Qualifications

You are detail-oriented with excellent communication, active listening, and time management skills. 
 

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's  Degree, studied Economics, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or similar at University level
• Fluent in English & based in India
• Demonstrate high attention to detail 
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work 
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative 
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines​  
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have 
• Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
