Job Description
Tasks
• Supporting job architecture & job design development- design, refine, and maintain role frameworks, job families, and leveling structures to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with organisational strategy.
• Support the design and implementation of leading HR programmes, talent management policies, frameworks, solutions, and processes that support organisational objectives and workforce development;
• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders across the organisation, and external partners, fostering continuous dialogue to gather feedback and ensure HR policies and solutions effectively meet organisational and business needs;
• Support the development of high-quality, concise, and impactful materials, including policies, frameworks, processes, and communication packages, tailored to audiences ranging from end users to senior leadership and executive management;
• Leverage people analytics, workforce metrics, employee surveys, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive evidence-based decision-making, inform strategic talent solutions, and promote continuous improvement throughout the employee lifecycle;
• Support the digital transformation agenda by exploring, evaluating, and adopting innovative methodologies, digital tools, and emerging technologies to enhance HR services and processes.
