Technical Recruiter
Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter in Montréal.
You will own hiring across our Canadian and U.S. operations, recruiting talent across Software Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, SAP, Business Analysis, Project Management, and other consulting and corporate functions. You will be hunting for talent, running searches end to end, closing candidates, and making sure they land well once they say yes. The volume is high, the timelines are tight, and priorities shift with client demand. If you're interested in taking on new challenges, it's worth the read.
You will report directly to our Senior Manager, Operations and partner with hiring managers and delivery leads across the business. You will have genuine ownership from day one, direct visibility with leadership, and the chance to shape how talent acquisition works here rather than inherit a process that is already fixed.
