ABOUT THE ROLE
Would you like to be part of a team servicing the biggest FMCG retailers in Denmark? In this role, you will work very closely with the assigned client, helping them to make better decisions based on research and sales data. You will build great relationships with the clients through market analysis, insights and recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Partnership & Advisory
• Act as a trusted advisor by delivering analytical insights, recommendations, reports, presentations, and day-to-day data support.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive stakeholder management and continuous alignment on analytical priorities.
• Support client retention and satisfaction by providing business-focused solutions, workshops, and analytical training sessions.
• Identify business challenges, opportunities, and growth drivers, recommending relevant NielsenIQ solutions.
Analytics & Insights
• Analyze market, category, and sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to presentations and strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize NielsenIQ's data platforms, tools, and solution portfolio to support client objectives.
Business Impact
• Drive customer satisfaction and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) through high-quality support and business sparring.
• Challenge established thinking and support clients in making informed decisions that drive growth.
• Help clients maximize the value they receive from NielsenIQ's data, services, and expertise.
