Job Description
Seeking a Medical Coding Denial Coder with 3 to 5 years of experience in denial analysis, appeals, and resolution for multispecialty Evaluation & Management (E&M;) and Surgery coding. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, payer-specific guidelines, and denial management processes is required. The candidate should be proficient in identifying root causes of coding denials, preparing appeals, and ensuring accurate reimbursement. Experience working with physician and facility claims across multiple specialties is preferred. Hands-on experience with Cerner EMR/EHR systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to support revenue cycle optimization and compliance.
