We are looking for a Technical Copywriter with a strong IT hardware background who can transform complex technology concepts into engaging, high-performing content across social media, video, and digital marketing channels.
Role OverviewThe Technical Copywriter will be responsible for creating compelling content that educates, informs, and drives engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and email campaigns.
Unlike a traditional copywriter, this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking, storage systems, laptops, desktops, virtualization, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to understand technical discussions, product specifications, customer challenges, and industry trends, then convert them into impactful content.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationWrite scripts for: Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, Product explainers, Founder-led thought leadership content,Create content for: LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, Carousel content, Static creatives, Product launches, Case studies, Customer success stories.
Technical Content DevelopmentResearch and write content related to: Servers, Workstations, Enterprise laptops and desktops, Networking solutions, Storage infrastructure, Data centers, Virtualization, Cloud technologies, Cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, IT hardware trends, Convert technical product specifications into easy-to-understand marketing content, Work closely with technical and sales teams to understand solutions and create customer-facing content.
Marketing SupportAssist in website copywriting.Create email marketing content.Write brochures, presentations, product sheets, and sales enablement materials.Support digital marketing campaigns with compelling messaging and content.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Knowledge (Mandatory)Strong understanding of: Servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, etc.), Workstations Laptops & desktops, Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless), Storage solutions (NAS, SAN, Backup), Data Center Infrastructure, Virtualization Technologies, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Enterprise IT Solutions
Content & Communication SkillsExceptional English writing skills.Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Experience writing for B2B technology audiences.Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content best practices.
Experience2–5+ years of experience in technical content writing, technology marketing, IT journalism, or related roles. Prior experience in IT hardware, system integration, enterprise technology, or managed services industry preferred.Portfolio showcasing technical content, social media content, scripts, or technology-focused writing.
Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in: IT Hardware Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, System Integration, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Technology Marketing, Technology Journalism, & IT Infrastructure Management will be given preference.
