Developer - IJob Summary We are looking for a Salesforce professional with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to design, build, and implement scalable CRM and customer data solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that improve sales productivity, customer service, and data-driven decision-making.  Exp: 3 Years Key Responsibilities • Automation & Development 
• Configuration and Customization 
• Build automations using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled) 
• Develop using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Asynchronous process. 
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI 
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices 
 Integration & Architecture • Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events. 
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, Marketing, and external data sources 
• Support SSO, OAuth, and security compliance requirements 
• Reporting, Analytics & AI 
• Build advanced Reports, Dashboards, CRM Analytics 
• Enable Einstein AI features (Einstein Lead Scoring, Case Classification, Next Best Action) 
Deployment & Governance • Manage deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines 
• Follow Salesforce best practices, security, and data governance 
• Provide technical documentation and end-user training 
• Support UAT, production issues, and post-go-live enhancements 

Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations 
• Proficiency in Flows, Apex, LWC, and Integration patterns 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
 Good to Have • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CPQ, Health Cloud 
• Experience with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot 
• MuleSoft integration experience 
• Experience in Omni-Channel contact centers 
• Experience in industries like Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or Retail 
 Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
