B2B Operations – SAP / Order Management Professional The candidate should have good hands-on experience with SAP and order to delivery process Key responsibilities- • Receive and verify client POs, including billing/shipping details, GST, SKU wise quantities and pricing.
• Create Sales Orders (SO) in SAP and cross-check them against client POs.
• Convert SOs into Delivery Challans (DCs) and update execution status.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams for stock availability and dispatch.
• Handle invoice generation and related SAP processes.
• Manage return requests, invoice cancellations, GRNs and Credit Notes in coordination with Warehouse and Finance.
• Generate and analyse SAP sales reports for monthly stock forecasting.
• Support new customer creation and coordinate with IT for customer/address/product setup in SAP.
• Handle customer-specific processes such as SEZ orders and documentation.
Preferred skills-SAP proficiency, B2B order processing, Excel/reporting, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills.
