QA Manager
Job Description
Required Skill: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• At least 2+ years of experience in a QA leadership or managerial role
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks for Web, Desktop, and/or Mobile applications
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
• Solid expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage QA teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement
