Homologation Engineer

The Homologation team provides support for our customers including type approval witness testing to EU and UN Regulations, Conformity of Production, in-service conformity testing, and other type approval activities.

This role will be based in Bursa, Türkiye, regular travel to customer sites will be required.

Occasional overseas travel to support client testing and homologation activities when required.

To support the continuing expansion of IDIADA activities, we are seeking a suitable professional to join our Homologation team.

This position reports to the Turkish Homologation Manager and is responsible for:

• To deliver homologation activities across the existing client base.
• Client facing, customer focused role working across a wide range of vehicle manufacturers (cars, trucks...) to deliver projects.
• Supporting customer with worst casing and technical interpretation.
• To verify quality of departmental documentation.
• To generate opportunity proposals in line with Idiada’s technical scope.
• Identification of training requirements
• To generate reports and certificates to meet client homologation requirements.
• Keep updated about all the innovation, findings, news and regulations changes in their field
