Join the Renesas Automotive Sales team to lead strategic engagement and business growth with major OEM customers in North China. This role owns customer strategy and commercial execution across customer sites in Beijing and Shanghai, connecting OEM needs with Renesas automotive semiconductor solutions and coordinating product, technical, marketing and supply-chain teams to win and grow platform business.
Key Responsibilities
• Own account strategy, sales targets and long-term business development for assigned North China automotive OEMs, including Li Auto, Xiaomi, FAW, BAIC and Volkswagen.
• Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers across purchasing, engineering, platform planning and senior management at Beijing and Shanghai sites.
• Identify and convert design opportunities for Renesas automotive solutions, working directly with OEMs and through Tier 1 partners.
• Track customer organization, technology roadmaps, vehicle platforms, sourcing plans and supply-chain structures to maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast.
• Lead commercial activities, including quotations, pricing strategy, contract alignment and escalation management, while balancing customer competitiveness and business profitability.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution with FAE, marketing, operations and distribution partners to deliver design wins, successful launches and sustainable growth.
