Job Description
In this position, you will provide professional support in one or more of the following technology areas:
• Paste printing and dispensing processes
• Bonding processes
• Automated material handling processes using robotic/gantry systems
• Automated chip placement
Further responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of and provide technical support for dedicated manufacturing processes
• Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and increase equipment availability
• Develop and implement measures to reduce scrap and improve yield
• Define specifications for new equipment and technologies, manage supplier selection, and coordinate installation and sample production
• Support SOP ramp-up and provide technical support during series production
• Perform advanced troubleshooting in case of equipment or process failures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
