Job Description
The position acts as a Customer and Supplier Master Data (CMD/SMD) analyst within Bosch Home Confort.
The role takes global domain ownership for business partner master data, driving process standardization,
data quality, and compliance to ensure a reliable 360-degree view of customers and suppliers across global and regional systems.
Core responsibilities
• Take domain ownership of Business Partner Master Data (CMD/SMD), implement global "rulebooks",
data standards, and quality KPIs.
• Define and optimize global workflows for the creation, validation, duplicate checking, and
maintenance of customer and supplier master data.
• Provide system and functional expertise for CMD/SMD within ATHENA, core ERPs, and connected
SaaS applications (e.g. Salesforce, Ariba).
• Define and manage the data mapping from regional and legacy systems into the central ATHENA
platform.
• Align and collaborate with regional teams to enforce global standard adoption and drive process
harmonization.
