Principal Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed Principal Product Marketing Manager to build the future of LinkedIn for Sales. As a full-stack product marketing leader, you’ll work across the product lifecycle, playing a pivotal role shaping product strategy and business direction through customer research, sales activation, and go-to-market efforts. This is an ideal role for someone who is a strong business and people leader, is creative and insights-driven, and has a track record of driving impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Navigator leaders across product, marketing, field sales, and business operations to craft our vision for helping sellers and sales organizations put buyers first and grow their businesses.
• Drive product strategy, influence the product roadmap, and validate product/market fit through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Shape how we go to market for key audiences and communicate our value proposition in a simple, compelling, and differentiated way, both internally and externally.
• Bring products to market through LinkedIn’s field sales team and marketing
• Represent LinkedIn as a product subject matter expert in key sales and customer meetings to drive commercial conversations forward

• Organized: You showcase the ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact.
• Passionate about the agentic future: You're energized by where agentic AI is taking work. You follow the space closely (models, agents, emerging standards like MCP, and the competitive landscape), form your own point of view, and readily dig into technical concepts with Product and Engineering so you can explain them simply to customers.
• AI fluent: AI is part of how you work every day, not just what you market. You use AI tools and agents to research, synthesize, prototype and create. You understand their strengths and limits, evaluate outputs critically, use them responsibly, and raise the bar for how the team works with AI.
