Communication Mentor

Role Purpose

Raise the standard of business communication across Coditude by assessing, training and tracking employees, and tying their growth to performance.Key Responsibilities

Daily• Design and deliver communication, accent and soft-skills sessions.
• Run communication assessments and build personalized development plans.
• Create training content using Canva, Copilot and Gemini.
• Mentor employees in client communication, presentations and executive presence.
• Maintain frameworks, learning pathways and the session attendance log.
Monthly• Hold the Growth Sync-Up call (month start) and the Check Growth call (month end).
• Document feedback and progress in Keka.
• Identify non-improving employees and hold performance review discussions.
• Collect written feedback from managers and set communication goals.
• Share a monthly progress report with the Head of People & Culture.
• Draft internal communications and support engagement initiatives.
Quarterly• Evaluate speech delivery, presentation skills and body language.
• Give structured feedback and assess growth against goals.
• Review training effectiveness and recommend curriculum changes.
• Align with managers on each employee’s development needs.
Additional• Anchor internal events and give anchors feedback.
• Support CSR activities and campus sessions (pre-placement talks, mock interviews).
• Run communication orientation for new joiners.
• Escalate repeated non-participation with documented evidence.
Skills and Experience

• Strong spoken and written communication, facilitation and coaching.
• Assessment design and CEFR-level (A1–C2) understanding.
• Working knowledge of Keka, Canva, Copilot, Gemini and Excel.
• 2–5 years in training, L&D; or HR; train-the-trainer certification preferred.
