Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our organization in Kakinada, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across your assigned territory. As a Territory Manager, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives while maintaining our commitment to customer excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned geographic region
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular engagement and exceptional service
• Conduct market analysis to understand regional dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the organization and clients
• Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor territory performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to management
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to maintain a strategic advantage
• Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
