We are looking for an experienced NC Programmer with hands-on experience in NX, Mastercam, or PowerMill to develop CNC machining programs for manufacturing components.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize NC programs for CNC machining operations.
• Work on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC programming, as applicable.
• Generate toolpaths and select appropriate cutting tools and machining strategies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Ensure machining accuracy, quality, and cycle-time optimization.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and shop-floor teams.
Required Skills
• 2–6 years of experience in NC/CNC Programming.
• Hands-on experience with NX, Mastercam, or PowerMill.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, toolpaths, and cutting tools.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and GD&T.;
• Knowledge of multi-axis machining is preferred.
