Role OverviewWe’re seeking a driven Hunting Sales Manager to acquire new BFSI clients and outpacecompetition. The role demands aggression, resilience, and a strong closure mindset toconsistently win deals in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities● Hunt and acquire new BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance).● Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.● Position Signzy against competitors with sharp differentiation.● Build CXO-level connections and strong client relationships.● Collaborate with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate● 6-8 years of pure B2B sales (BFSI preferred).● Aggressive, ambitious, and target-driven.● Strong communication & consultative selling skills.● Proven record of exceeding targets.
