Job Description

1. Key Account Management & Business Growth

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers (e.g., SAIC, HASCO, DF etc.)
• Own and drive revenue growth, with clear accountability for annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand share within existing accounts
2. Design-in & Solution Promotion

• Promote and design-in semiconductor product portfolios
• Work closely with customers to understand system requirements
• Drive design-win pipeline and ensure project conversion to mass production
3. Strategy & Market Development

• Develop account strategies and execute sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor competitor landscape and define product positioning and roadmap alignment
4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborating with Product Marketing, FAE, and Distribution partners
• Lead joint customer visits and technical discussions
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, pricing, and technical support
5. Forecast & Operation Management

• Drive demand forecasting, pipeline management, and order visibility
• Ensure alignment between customer demand and supply chain execution
• Track KPIs and take corrective actions to meet business targets
