As a Building & Engineering Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.
Maintenance & Repairs
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from departments and guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in building equipment and systems.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in good working condition.
Preventive Maintenance
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
• Monitor building systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
• Assist in maintaining maintenance logs and service records.
Facilities & Equipment
• Inspect lighting systems, air-conditioning units, water supply systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Ensure the proper functioning of safety equipment and building facilities.
• Report any defects, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the Engineering Supervisor.
Safety & Compliance
• Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies when performing maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Use appropriate tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.
Operational Support
• Assist in maintenance work during events or operational requirements.
• Support other engineering team members when required.
