Job Description
Job Summary:
The Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across hotel facilities and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations. The role supports the Engineering team in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Assist in installation of new equipment when required.
• Maintain maintenance records and report completed work.
• Follow hotel safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments.
• Support emergency repairs when needed.
