IFS Delivery Director (Japan)

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Program Director to join our dynamic team in Tokyo, Japan. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple programs, align them with organizational goals, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

• Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and success
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Provide regular updates and presentations to executive management on program status and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact program success
