• Your work directly impacts both merchant profitability and Grab's regional revenue.
Get to Know the Role
• You will manage a portfolio of enterprise-level F&B; merchants, combining strategic account planning with hands-on partnership to drive revenue growth and merchant retention.
• You'll pitch marketing campaigns, launch new products, and lead business reviews that shape how these merchants grow with Grab.
• This role requires both analytical rigor and relationship-building excellence, powered by strong data literacy and comfort working with modern automation and AI tools to scale your impact.
• This role will be reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Merchants and will be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise merchant accounts through strategic planning, regular business reviews, and delivery of tailored solutions
• Pitch and implement marketing campaigns and new product offerings to drive incremental GMV, merchant engagement, and revenue targets
• Leverage CRM platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted automation to streamline workflows, forecast performance, and enhance merchant communication
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify new opportunities, resolve escalations, and mitigate account risks
• Support merchant engagement across multiple cities in Malaysia as business needs require
