Job Description
As a Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking), you will support Change Management activities for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as a technical bridge between Japanese/ Chinese customers and Software/Mechanical &other; validation teams, you will drive change requests, assess technical impacts, coordinate validation activities, and ensure successful implementation of product changes while maintaining quality, reliability, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Understanding customer requirements
• Hardware design analysis
• Doing component level and product level compatibility analysis
• Co-ordination of Product level EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) & Reliability testing
• Interactions with plant for production related supports
• Handling Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Coordination’s with Software, Mechanical and other validation teams
