Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support professional with 1-3 years of experience in the Common Support department to join our International Business team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from a global customer base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving customer issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
