Intern Marketing ( Regional Cross Border)
Job Description
We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Intern with a strong interest in content creation to join Ninja Van’s Cross Border team in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
This role will primarily focus on content creation and marketing support across three key markets — Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
You’ll work with local teams across the region to develop and coordinate content for different markets, giving you hands-on exposure to how marketing strategies and content are adapted across different countries.
Content creation will be the main focus of this role, including social media content, blog content, basic copywriting, video shoots, and coordination with designers. You’ll also support regional marketing administration, research, campaign coordination, and other activities that keep projects moving.

Regional Content Creation – Main Focus
● Support content creation across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, including social media, blogs, videos, and other marketing materials
● Assist with basic copywriting and content development for social media posts, blog articles, campaign materials, and other marketing communications
● Work with marketing teams to gather content requirements and adapt content based on each market’s audience, tone, and business priorities
● Support video and content shoots, including preparation, coordination, and on-site assistance where required
● Coordinate with the graphic designer on design briefs, content requirements, and creative assets
● Assist with maintaining the regional content calendar and ensuring content is planned, coordinated, and published on schedule
● Support the team in identifying local trends, content opportunities, and relevant topics across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia .
Other Regional Marketing Support
● Support marketing administrative tasks, such as updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, and organizing marketing assets
● Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand and commercial guidelines before review
● Assist with competitor and market research to identify marketing trends, content best practices, and relevant regional insights
● Support procurement and distribution of marketing materials across markets where required
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● Comfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
● Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independently
● Comfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidance
● Interest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
