This role is on our Talent Enterprise design team in Bengaluru, where we help the world's enterprises develop, mobilize, and get the most from their workforce. As part of a shared team across our Talent Enterprise products, you'll take on a range of high-impact, AI-powered experiences, bringing your creativity, leadership, and strategic input to develop new UI/UX paradigms at scale. You'll play a critical, founding role on our new Bengaluru team, helping set the design vision and craft bar, guiding and mentoring other designers, and owning complex, data-rich experiences end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering in-region and design and product partners both locally and in the US.

We’re looking for a designer who leads by connecting the dots between user insights, design patterns, and business goals. You will partner and collaborate closely with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, and data science. Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of the user-centered design process
• Create and deliver vision by leveraging cross-functional partnerships
• Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements
• Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products
• Guide, mentor, and elevate other designers on the team, setting the craft bar for the group
• Think holistically across the platform to deliver consistent, efficient, and intuitive enterprise experiences
