About the Team:
The IT team is responsible for the full scope of computing infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, virtualization, cloud, networking, software services, telecommunications, and information security. You’ll support every function across the company, from the production floor to flight operations, enabling Relativity’s world-class team to design, build, and launch rockets. The team balances near-term execution with long-term vision, developing scalable solutions and processes to enable the company's growth. About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Associate II to join our growing Service Desk team at our rocket launching facilities in Stennis, MS. In this role, you will be working closely with Systems Administrators and Systems Engineers in IT Operations, alongside other IT Associates on the Service Desk team.
You will be an IT “jack-of-all-trades”, continuously enhancing your various IT and Service Desk competencies. This is a hands-on position where you will support the desktop computer experience, launch systems computational and network resources, and bleeding-edge aerospace experts.

• Strengthen IT operations at our Stennis Test site by actively supporting daily service desk operations, ticket management, and technical support requirements to enable continued growth in Mississippi
• Provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving desktop, user experience, and system issues with professionalism and a focus on timely resolution
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure, working collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure reliable technology operations across the site
• Develop and document scalable solutions that proactively reduce repetitive service requests and streamline support workflows for improved efficiency
• Apply deep desktop OS expertise to diagnose complex technical issues, enhance end-user experience, and continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve IT service delivery practices
• Utilize strong networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues, support network-dependent systems, and contribute to infrastructure reliability and performance optimization
About You:
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or related technical role
• Enterprise-level support experience with Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems
• Network+ certification or equivalent networking/IT certification
• Hands-on experience configuring network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Arista
• Demonstrated experience with asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of IT management tools including Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Office 365 Admin Console, and similar platforms
Nice to haves but not required:
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline IT operations and reduce manual workload
• Familiarity with ITIL framework or service desk best practices for incident and request management
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, or specialized industrial environments
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
