About the role
The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions.
Key responsibilities
Position Type: Hybrid (2–3 days remote per week)
• Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations for variable data-related information.
• Coordinate closely with production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production.
• Participate in end-to-end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
• Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients regarding ecommerce solutions execution and post-production support.
