Overview:
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Reservations Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling room reservations, guest enquiries, and booking-related activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duties related to the assigned position.
• Work closely with the relevant department and other teams.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management.
