Logistic Operation Section / Manager

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Section / Manager to ensure stable material flow, production continuity, optimized inventory, and reliable customer delivery. The role manages day-to-day logistics execution across inbound logistics, warehouse operations, internal material flow, transportation, customs compliance, and outbound logistics, while driving continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence in support of Bosch business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations covering inbound, warehouse, production supply and outbound execution.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability to production and prevent logistics-related line stoppages.
• Own warehouse performance including inventory accuracy, space utilization, storage optimization and material handling efficiency.
• Manage logistics resources, manpower planning and operational capacity to support business growth and volume ramp-up.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives including DIO reduction, excess and obsolete inventory management and stock accuracy improvement.
• Govern material flow processes from receiving until production consumption while ensuring compliance with FIFO and traceability requirements.
• Manage transportation operations and logistics service providers to achieve delivery reliability and cost objectives.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade compliance, LMW requirements and Bosch logistics standards.
• Drive SAP, SAP EWM and S/4HANA process adherence and logistics master data governance.
• Lead logistics digitalization, automation and continuous improvement projects using BPS and Lean methodologies.
• Monitor and report logistics KPIs and initiate corrective actions for performance gaps and operational risks.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with Bosch Quality, Safety and Process Standards.
