As our Business for Gas Water Heaters, you will work at the intersection of product management, pricing strategy, and international sales, helping define the regional product roadmap, align market requirements, and negotiate strategic positioning to secure long-term market profitability.
• Define and execute the product portfolio strategy for assigned countries, aligning regional goals with Bosch Home Comfort's long-term business planning.
• Act as the primary contact point and strategic partner for national product management teams, supporting operational requests, supply chain alignments, and variant requests.
• Derive market requirements from detailed customer and competitor segmentation, ensuring these needs are integrated into engineering and project priorities.
• Lead pricing and product positioning negotiations with country sales management to optimize market share and profitability.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from initiating innovative business cases for new product launches to executing structured phase-outs of legacy products.
• Analyze and report regional KPIs (including sales, margins, and target costs), implementing corrective actions to meet business planning targets.
• Conduct constant market observation to identify emerging trends, competitor movements, and customer touchpoints.
