Are you hardworking, reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene? We are looking for energetic and motivated Kitchen Stewards to join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.
As a Kitchen Steward, you will play an important role in supporting our Culinary and Food & Beverage operations by ensuring that kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are kept clean, organised and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware and work areas to required standards.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly in line with hotel procedures.
• Assist with the proper storage and organisation of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support smooth daily operation
