Job Description
Role Overview
Lead a technical team of around 5 members focusing on Digitalization and cross-service technical enablement.
The role combines hands-on technical contribution, team coordination, people development, and collaboration with WebApp, AI, Data, and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate a key technical team
• Provide technical guidance for Digitalization, Automation, Integration, and related solution topics based on Digitalization Strategies of Department
• Contribute hands-on to technical implementation, PoCs, and complex project topics when needed.
• Plan team workload, assign tasks, and follow up progress, risks, and technical issues.
• Coach and support team members in technical growth and competence development.
• Work closely with WebApp, AI, Data, DevOps, and other teams to support cross-functional solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical standards, and good engineering practices across teams.
• Support requirement clarification, estimation, solution discussion, and technical workshops with project teams or customers.
• Provide technical and competence-related input to management when discussing future capability needs or new technology topics.
