Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
We’re looking for tech-savvy, hospitality focused individuals to join a new team within our Hospitality IT Service Management area. If you come with a background in hotel operations like Front Office and/or F&B;, this may be for you.
We offer an agile, professional, efficient, and process orientated support function to the Radisson community in areas such as Front Office, Meetings & Events, Point of Sale and Loyalty.
All our activities are based on industry standard best practices (ITIL, ISTQB, PMP) and require constant contact with technical support teams, both RHG’s and external vendors.
Role purpose:
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes within the organization.
• Develop detailed test cases
• Collaborate with IT domain leads, IT BRM, and IT Service Owners.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Execute test scenarios.
• Report test results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Roles/Responsibilities
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on the analysis of feature requirements and a deep understanding of an application’s behaviour to verify the functionality, usability, performance, and reliability of an application’s behaviour and ensuring all critical business functions are covered.
• Collaborate with IT teams to understand the scope and requirements of each test case.
• Ensure test cases are comprehensive, including preconditions, steps, and expected results.
• Define test data required for each test scenario and test case, ensuring it aligns with the business processes.
• Execute test scenarios and test cases on planned execution dates as defined in the test schedule.
• Handle anomalies or defects during test execution, prioritizing investigation and resolution based on predefined classifications with IT teams.
• Maintain documentation for each test scenario and test case, including any anomalies or defects encountered.
• Report test results and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability as part of a Quality Management Review (QMR) program
• Write, execute and review all documentation related to the Quality system and keep it updated.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and risk assessments within QA.
Job requirements and qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in International Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field
• A recognized ITIL and/or ISTQB certification at Foundation level or above is highly desirable
• SAP Certifications are highly desirable
• +5 years’ experience in test automation, including developing detailed test scripts.
Desirable experience:
• Hospitality experience (Front Desk, M&E;, Night Audit), hands-on knowledge of end-to-end Hospitality business processes
• International work experience
• SAP TMSforHotels
• Experience with other 3rd party PMS product like Opera, Shiji
• Background in other SAP functional modules (FI, CO, MM…)
• Experience in Helpdesk functions such as call center, helpdesk
• Experience using IT Support tools such as Service Now, Atlassian/Jira and Confluence, Tosca

• Ability to train in Automation tool best practices.
• Comfortable presenting results to stakeholders and guiding UAT.

Night Shift Requirement:
The role includes a requirement to work one night shift per month on Monday morning, scheduled between 01:00am and 06:30am.
Hours worked during this night shift will be compensated with a 25% increase on the applicable hourly rate for those hours until
6:00am. This night shift will be on rotating schedule with your colleagues.
Out of Hours Interventions:
The role may require work outside of standard working hours due to operational needs. This may include up to 2 interventions per
week, which will not extend beyond 20:00. Any additional hours worked will be managed flexibly in agreement with the manager, by
starting later or finishing earlier on other working days, to ensure that total working time does not exceed 40 hours per week.
