We Are Hiring – Team Lead | Indirect ProcurementLocation: Navi Mumbai We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Team Lead – Indirect Procurement .🔑 Experience Required:• 8-10 years of industrial procurement experience• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience🛠️ Key Responsibilities:✔ Procure-to-Pay Management – PR to PO conversion & timely PO execution✔ RFQ Handling – Floating enquiries, comparative analysis & commercial negotiations✔ Vendor Development – Supplier onboarding, evaluation & performance monitoring✔ Master Data Management – Item code creation & maintaining accurate procurement data✔ Procurement Planning – Managing lead times, consumption & reorder levels✔ Cross-functional Coordination – Working with Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning teams✔ Cost Optimization – Alternate sourcing, bulk buying & long-term procurement strategies✔ ERP Knowledge – SAP S/4 HANA or any ERP system preferred✔ Team Leadership – Building & mentoring a high-performing procurement team✔ Stakeholder Management – Strong communication with internal & external partners🏢 Job Structure:• 90% Office-based (Navi Mumbai)• 10% Travel (Vendor audits & strategic meetings)Candidates having strong knowledge of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and Indirect Procurement will be preferred.📩 Interested candidates can share their CV or connect directly.
