Expert for HR Portal SAP Enterprise Portal and Employee Self Service ESS and Manager Self Service MSS in conjunction with SAP HCM. Focused on handling and solving incidents from users and from HR
Key Users Especially implementing changes in large complex and location specific ESS and MSS applications that are legacy bound
Furthermore, understanding and consulting for requirements around ESS and MSS as well as implementing according to requirements HR Portal ESS and MSS in conjunction with SAP HCM
Role: SAP HCM Employee Self Service ESS and Manager Self Service MSS Expert
Experience: Specialist (3-6 Years)
Situation and Challenges
Capacity on expert level skillset for ESS and MSS in SAP HCM needed to support ongoing activities and operations
Key Responsibilities
Handling incidents from users and HR Key users
Consulting in the area of employee self services and manager self services
Applications in ESS MSS Applications in Web Dynpro ABAP
o Analysis and consulting
o Debugging incident problem management
o Customization and editing
o Creation of launchpad entries
o Implementation of new applications and processes
SAP Enterprise Portal SAP Netweaver Gateway
o Analysis and consulting
o Debugging incident problem management
o Administration and customization
o Managing roles and authorizations
o Error analysis and troubleshooting SSO authentication accesses
Customizing in the area of ESS and MSS
Modifications adaptations of customizing tables
SAP Workflow Management
Required Skills
3 to 5 years experience in HR Portal SAP Enterprise Portal and Employee Self Service ESS and Manager Self Service MSS in conjunction with SAP HCM
Deep knowledge for ESS and MSS application in conjunction to SAP HCM
Knowledge for Web Dynpro ABAP applications
Knowledge around roles and authorizations for ESS and MSS
Knowledge for SAP Enterprise Portal SAP Netweaver Gateway in the area of ESS and MSS
Ideally experience working in an ITIL oriented operation environment
Must have Skills
Operating and development of applications in ESS and MSS Web Dynpro applications
Operating customizing and administrating SAP Enterprise Portal SAP Netweaver Gateway in the area of ESS and MSS
SAP Workflow Management
Basic knowledge for PA and OM
Nice to have Skills
Knowledge about Time Management in SAP HCM
Knowledge about Payroll in SAP HCM
Knowledge for enterprise grade ID Providers
