Director - Community & Partner Marketing
Job Description
Job Summary
• We are looking for a Community & Partner Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead community, organic social, and partner marketing initiatives.
• The role involves building and managing a small team, developing strategic co-marketing partnerships, growing the “Adit for Practice” community, and creating new reseller and partner opportunities.
• The ideal candidate should be strong in relationship building, program management, metrics tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and partner-sourced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Own community, organic social, and partner marketing strategy, and build and develop a small team to execute it
• Build partner co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and awareness for both sides of the partnership
• Set and track community growth and engagement targets to measure long-term momentum
• Come up with intriguing ideas to build a steady pipeline of resellers and partners, working closely with key opinion leaders to launch and run the "Adit for Practice" community
• Identify and negotiate new strategic partnership opportunities that expand Adit's reach
• Report on community growth, social engagement, and partner-sourced results to track program impact
• Represent Community & Partner in cross-functional marketing planning to keep initiatives aligned company-wide
• Own the community and partnerships budget, ensuring smart allocation across initiatives
• Partner with the Growth Marketing Director on partner-influenced pipeline tracking to connect efforts to revenue
Required Skills
• 6+ years in community, social, or partner marketing
• Experience building and leading a small team
• Strong relationship-building and program management skills
• Experience developing partner co-marketing programs
• Comfortable setting and tracking community growth metrics
