Warehouse Associate Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
• Pick products according to customer or order requirements.
• Pack and label products for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts when authorized.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform stock counting and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Follow workplace safety and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Check products for damage or quality issues.
• Use barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Prepare orders for dispatch and meet daily productivity targets.
• Report damaged goods, missing inventory, or equipment problems to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
