We are looking for an Executive with 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace operations, specifically handling USA marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, bulk uploads, variation listings, inventory updates, and marketplace operations across multiple international platforms.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with manual and bulk product listing processes and strong Excel skills, as a major part of the work involves data handling and marketplace management through internal applications.Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage manual product listings on multiple marketplaces.
• Perform bulk product uploads using Excel templates and marketplace tools.
• Handle variation listing creation, especially Amazon parent-child variation listings.
• Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and product details.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, upload failures, and marketplace compliance issues.
• Maintain product catalog accuracy across all marketplaces.
• Work with internal applications and systems for listing management and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
• Generate and maintain Excel reports for daily operational tracking.
Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace listing operations.
• Hands-on experience with USA marketplaces (Amazon USA, Walmart USA, eBay, Temu, SHEIN, Newegg, etc.).
• Good understanding of manual product listing and bulk upload processes.
• Experience in Amazon variation listing (Parent-Child listing structure).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Data Handling).
• Ability to manage large product data and perform bulk operations accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in international marketplace operations.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce listing workflow and catalog management.
• Comfortable working on Excel-based operational tasks and internal applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and productivity.
