Field Marketing Manager, North America Corporate
Why We Have This Role
We're looking for an experienced Field and Demand Generation manager who has exceptional experience in managing and running strategic marketing programs across North America, with a particular focus on our Corporate segment.
This person will be focused on building the Qualtrics brand across North America, alongside generating and progressing quality leads and pipeline for our sales team. This person would be part of our regional Demand Gen & Field Marketing team in the Americas, working collaboratively across other marketing functions such as Brand, Digital, Comms, Thought Leadership, and Product Marketing.
We are looking for someone who is exceptional at partnering with Sales and Customer Success to develop inspiring and high-impact marketing strategies and drive strong execution of campaigns, evergreen initiatives, and events across North America. In particular, this individual will have a passion and proven track record for developing targeted marketing activations for Corporate accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Things You’ll Do
•
ABM & Corporate Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value Corporate accounts across North America.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify priority accounts, segment targets, and create personalized marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and buyer insights within the Corporate space to continuously refine strategies.

Campaign Management:
• Lead the regional activation of global campaigns, feeding regional field priorities into campaign scope and developing tailored execution plans for the North America Corporate market.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.

Field Marketing & Event Execution:
• Plan and execute field marketing events—including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, webinars, workshops, and trade shows—tailored to North American Corporate prospects and customers.
• Develop relevant marketing programs and assets aligned with regional sales priorities across the full marketing mix.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure follow-up alignment and support for all regional activations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Advise North America Corporate sales leadership, product marketing, brand, digital demand generation, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive market strategy and relevant regional mix.
• Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external event partners.
• Provide regular performance updates and ROI reporting on ABM and field marketing activities to senior leadership.

Budget Management:
• Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, maximizing resource allocation.
• Track, analyze, and report on the ROI and pipeline impact of all field marketing programs.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
• Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in Field Marketing and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results and driving pipeline within North American markets.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing, enterprise events, or demand generation within the enterprise software or SaaS industries.
• Strong expertise partnering directly with Corporate/Commercial sales organizations.
• Ability to travel as needed across North America for key events and field activations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent copywriting skills for promotional emails, invitations, and event materials.
• Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress, Coda, Qualtrics, and modern event management platforms.
• Demonstrated success running multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting mid-market or corporate accounts.
