• Advise client legal innovation and knowledge-management teams on AI transformation strategy, rollout, AI policy, adoption, and measures of success.

• Lead and deliver strategic client projects that advance practical AI adoption within legal departments, partnering with relevant internal subject matter experts and delivery teams.

• Partner with Value Engineering and commercial colleagues to develop practical ROI frameworks and value narratives for in-house legal teams.

• Develop and publish market-facing analysis and executive content that advances Axiom's point of view on AI-enabled legal services and the future of corporate legal.

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, workflow automation, and enterprise AI deployment.

• Ability to communicate clearly and credibly with both executive business stakeholders and technical IT audiences.

• Experience translating business problems into requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and success measures.
