• Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to doctors/healthcare professionals for session registration and engagement.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle queries and follow-ups professionally.
• Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language (Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam/Kannada preferred).
• Good communication, convincing skills, and basic computer knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Graduate
• Prior experience in tele calling
• Candidates who are bilingual/multilingual and comfortable communicating with doctors across different regions will be preferred.
